7.Automatic adjustment ( Contents )
1. Services to which it is applied
The effects of automatic adjustment are only applied to insured sums and consequently, they are not applied to fixed amounts established as cover limits, nor are they applied to percentage limits or deductibles.
Barring express agreements to the contrary established in the schedule, the insured sums and premiums corresponding to the death due to an accident and permanent disability due to an accident covers will be modified upon each expiry date based upon fluctuations of the general consumer price index published by the National Statistics Institute.
