15. Execution and effects of the agreement ( Contents )
- The insurance contract is executed by consent, as evidenced by the subscription of the policy or the provisional coverage note by the contracting parties. The contracted cover and its modifications will not take effect until the premium has been paid, unless where otherwise accorded in the policy's schedule.
- In case of delay in meeting these requirements, the insurer's obligations shall begin 24 hours after the day when the contract's requirements have been met.
