1. Concepts to which it applies.
The effects of the adjustment are applicable solely on the sum insured and, thus, do not apply to the fixed amounts established as limits on cover, nor to percentage limits or deductibles.
The sums insured and net premium corresponding to the basic covers set forth in Article A.3. and the Optional covers B.2., B.3., B.5.2.2., B.5.2.3. and B.6., shall be modified upon each maturity in accordance with the fluctuations in the General Consumer Price Index published by the National Statistics Institute.
This adjustment shall not be applicable to floating goods or the insured sum for the lost revenue cover when an automatic fluctuation margin is agreed in the schedule of the policy.
